Helen Phung has been a registered marriage celebrant since 2017 and is a member of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of Victoria (ACMCV). Trilingual in English, Vietnamese, and French, she's an excellent choice for multicultural couples and bilingual ceremonies. Helen creates personalised, heartfelt ceremonies across Melbourne, Victoria, and beyond, taking time to understand each couple's story and craft something relaxed, meaningful, and memorable.
